The results of our nearly fifty years experience and passion is the "OLIO EXTRA VERGINE DI OLIVA" cold-extracted, which is characterized by a very low acidity, a pleasant fruity flavour, an intense green color and by a limpid aspect obtained by the natural filtering through cotton.

 

All these qualities make it an ideal condiment, especially raw, but also for frying and cooking.

All the oil we produce is carefully placed in stainless steel containers to keep its temperature constant and ideal (18 ° C) to packaging and sale.
