In order not to ruin the original charateristics of the product it is compulsary not to reach relatively high temperatures in the processing phases that allow to extract this precious oil. Therefore, the optimal conservation temperature for the oil is always at 14-15 C°. For the extra virgin oil "NOT FILTERED", with time the formation of a light sediment in the bottom of the container, is a perfectly natural phenomenon. |
