During the working phases, that allow to obtain the precious olive oil, it is necessary not to reach high temperatures that would deteriorate the original characreristics of the product.
Therefore, the optimal conservation temperature for the oil is about 20C.
With the time, the creation of a light sediment in the bottom of the container, is a perfectly natural phenomenon for the "NOT FILTERED" extra virgin olive oil.

 

The most suited containers are glass or inox. If using glass, it should be kept away from direct light.
Tin cans are also suitable for the right conservation, until expiration date on the container.
It should be consumed within 16/18 months.
