In order not to ruin the original charateristics of the product it is compulsary not to reach relatively high temperatures in the processing phases that allow to extract this precious oil.

Therefore, the optimal conservation temperature for the oil is always at 14-15 C°.

For the extra virgin oil "NOT FILTERED", with time the formation  of a light sediment in the bottom of the container, is a perfectly natural phenomenon.

 

The most suited contaniners are glass or inox. If using glass, it should be kept away form direct light.

It is recommended to consume the product within 16-18 months from the day of purchase.

Also the tin cans are suitable for the right conservation, paying attention to re-bottle in glass or steel containers, once opened.
